Survivors of trafficking are rebuilding their lives after prolonged instability, control, and harm. One of the most powerful tools for healing is relationship. By volunteering, you become a steady, trustworthy presence who models what safety, consistency, and respect
look like in real life.

Many survivors haven’t had healthy examples of adulthood, boundaries, or support. Your role is not to rescue or fix, but to mentor through example—showing resilience, emotional regulation, and care over time. When survivors see stability lived out, hope becomes tangible and possible.
